Delivered to your reserved campsite and set up. Just show up and camp!
Items included:
- Delivery and set up.
- Exterior: 4 lawn chairs, a small outside table, and an outside rug.
- Interior: bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, toilet paper, kitchen towels, baking sheets, pans, bedding, and pillows.
When your camping stay is over, we will pack it all up and remove it from your campsite.
Rental Policies, Add-Ons & Fees
Refundable Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals, but is only charged if damage or other covered charges occur. A temporary authorization hold is placed on your credit card beginning one day before your rental and is automatically released after seven (7) days, subject to your financial institution's processing times.
Cancellation Protection Plan
Purchase Cancellation Protection for the option to receive a full refund of your rental charges when you cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation. The protection plan fee itself is non-refundable. Terms and conditions apply.
Cancellation & Weather Policy
Reservations made without the optional Cancellation Protection Plan are final and non-refundable once confirmed. Superior UTV Rentals reserves the sole right to delay, reschedule, or cancel a rental due to extreme weather or other unsafe conditions. If Superior UTV Rentals cancels a rental for these reasons, the customer will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of rental charges.
Cleaning Fee
This fee covers the routine cleaning and preparation of the rental before and after each reservation to ensure every customer receives a clean, safe, and ready-to-use vehicle.
Waste Dumping Fee
Service charge for onsite emptying and disposal of camper waste tanks during your rental period. Applies when Superior UTV Rentals must travel to the rental location to perform waste tank servicing. Fees are non-refundable once service has been provided. Minimum $100 charge.
