General Questions

What do I need to rent a UTV?

To rent one of our Polaris RZR UTVs, you must be 18 years or older, have a valid driver’s license, and sign a rental agreement. A $1,000 refundable security deposit and valid auto insurance are also required.

Do I need a valid driver’s license?

Yes. All drivers must present a valid driver’s license before operating any rental UTV.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes. A $1,000 refundable security deposit is required. A credit card hold is placed starting one day before your rental. Release timing depends on your bank or credit card provider (typically up to 7 days).

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards.

Can someone else drive the UTV?

Only drivers listed on the rental agreement and meeting all requirements may operate the vehicle. Unauthorized drivers are strictly prohibited.

UTV Rentals

What is included with my UTV rental?

Each rental includes a clean, fully maintained Polaris RZR with a full tank of fuel at the start of the rental.

Are helmets included?

Yes. Helmets are provided and required for all riders. Multiple sizes are available.

Are your Polaris RZRs street legal?

No. Our UTVs are not street legal. They must be operated only on approved off-road trails, National Forest land, or designated off-road parks. Riding on public roads or streets is not allowed.

Where can I ride?

We are located near Mark Twain National Forest, Roaring River State Park, and Table Rock Lake, providing access to great riding areas.

Vehicles are typically transported to Mark Twain National Forest unless otherwise arranged. Some locations may require a delivery fee.

Always follow all local, state, and federal laws regarding UTV operation.

Can I trailer the UTV to another riding area?

Trailering may be available upon request. Additional delivery or transport fees may apply depending on location. Please contact us for approval and details.

Is fuel included?

Yes. Each rental begins with a full tank of fuel. Customers are responsible for additional fuel after the initial fuel is used. We do provide a refuel service; contact for additional info. 

What happens if the weather is bad?

Safety is our priority. Weather-related situations are handled in accordance with our rental policies. Cancellation Protection is available at checkout for added flexibility.

What if the UTV is damaged during my rental?

Customers are responsible for any damage as outlined in the rental agreement. All damage or accidents must be reported immediately.

How many people fit in the Polaris RZR?

We offer:

• 2-seat Polaris RZR models
• 4-seat Polaris RZR models
• 6-seat Polaris Ranger (2 front + 2 rear + middle seat located in front and rear)

RV Camper Rentals

What is included with the camper rental?

Our campers are fully stocked for a comfortable stay.

Exterior includes:

• 4 lawn chairs
• Small outdoor table
• Outdoor rug

Interior includes:

• Paper plates and silverware
• Towels and washcloths
• Toilet paper
• Kitchen towels
• Baking sheets and pans
• Bedding and pillows

Do you deliver and set up campers?

Yes. We deliver and fully set up campers. Delivery fees may apply depending on distance. We also handle pickup and teardown after your stay.

Are pets allowed?

Please contact us directly for our current pet policy.

Is smoking allowed inside the camper?

No. Smoking or vaping inside any camper is strictly prohibited.

Do campers have generators?

No. Generators are not provided with our camper rentals and are currently not available for rent.

Do I need experience to rent a camper?

No experience is required. We provide a walkthrough and basic instructions before your trip so you feel comfortable operating everything.

Reservations

How do I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made through our website or by contacting us directly by phone or email.

For camper rentals, a campsite must be reserved before booking your camper.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking early, especially for weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.

Can I book the same day?

Same-day bookings may be available depending on availability. Please contact us directly.

Cancellation & Refunds

What is your cancellation policy?

Customers who purchase Cancellation Protection may cancel up to 24 hours before their reservation for a full refund.

Without Cancellation Protection, all bookings are non-refundable, except in special circumstances handled at our discretion or in extreme weather situations.

What is Cancellation Protection?

Cancellation Protection allows eligible customers to cancel up to 24 hours before their reservation for a full refund.

Can I receive a refund if I return my rental early?

Rental fees are generally non-refundable for early returns unless otherwise stated in your rental agreement.

Safety

Are your vehicles inspected?

Yes. Every UTV and camper is cleaned, inspected, and prepared before each rental.

Do you provide operating instructions?

Yes. We provide a full orientation before your rental so you feel confident operating your equipment.

What should I bring?
