By purchasing the Cancellation Protection Plan, the customer may be eligible to receive a full refund of rental reservation charges if the reservation is canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled reservation start day. The Cancellation Protection Plan fee is separate from the rental reservation charges and is non-refundable, regardless of cancellation date, reservation status, or refund eligibility.
